HPA Projects
Over 20 years the company has evolved.  Here is the short history.

1985    Hewitt Design Associates - Tom set up the practice following secondment from UK to the Australian War Memorial (heading the design department and overseeing the AWM development).     

1992    After working in the U.S.A. Michael Pender joined Hewitt Design to work on the Antarctic Centre Project and Bradman Museum. 

1994    Bradman Museum, Royal Australian Airforce Museum. (Hewitt Design Projects) 

1998    Hewitt Pender Associates - Michael became a partner as the business grew to produce key projects such as; Wellington Museum, Kokoda Memorial, Gold and Civilization.

1999    Hellfire Pass Thailand.

2000    Wellington Museum.

2001    Gold and Civilization.

2003    Kokoda Project.    

2005    Hellfire Pass Thailand.

2007    Hewitt Pender Associates -  Reflecting his reduced role in the company, Tom resigned as Director.  

2009
   HPA Projects - The company changed its name to reflect the changing nature of the business as Principal contractor on projects such as BridgeClimb's new Operations Base.

2011    Trainworks Project Principal Contractor of major rail attraction near Sydney.

2012    Port Arthur Historic Site.  
            Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney.

2013    Royal Flying Doctors Service.  

2014    Port Arthur Historic Site.  

2015    Sandakan Memorial Park.
